Safe, clean and sanitary is our top priority here at Poked. Because of hygiene concerns we have a strict policy in place that prohibits the return or exchange of all flat back studs. We want you as a customer/ client to feel safe knowing that all of our earrings are clean, safe and sanitary. To ensure that, all flat back studs and tops are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. We value you and your health. Thank you for your understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
